The bill (Reg. No. 2339) suggests change the name of subvention from the state budget to local budgets for capital repairs of centralized water supply and sewage, by supplementing it with the following types of work: new construction and reconstruction of the objects of the abovementioned systems (in order to extend directions of subvention use). All the amendments pertain to the appendices No. 3 and No. 7 of the Law “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2013”.
The abovementioned subvention is approved by the law in the amount equal to UAH 440 million. The procedure and conditions of its provision are determined by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 11/02/2012 No. 109.
